Making sure massage is a part of your wellness routine is very important. Your session frequency is completely up to you; however, we recommend monthly massage at a minimum and bimonthly massage for ideal muscular health. After your session your Licensed Massage Therapist will talk to you about the session frequency best for your musculature.
